Astell Benchtop

The 33 to 63-liter front-loading 'Benchtop' autoclaves are available in two versions. Both require no plumbing and operate from a standard single-phase power supply. ‘Classic’ and ‘Autofill’ models are available.

Astell Compact

The 63-litre 'Compact' top-loading autoclaves are floor-standing self-contained sterilizer units that require no plumbing and operate from a standard single-phase power supply. All compact autoclaves are fitted with castors for easy movement.

Astell Swiftlock Front Loading

The 120 - 344 litre front-loading autoclave offers five chamber sizes, increased in capacity from the top-loading range. The 'Swiftlock' front loading range of autoclaves allows the user a greater choice of options unavailable on the smaller ranges, as well as easy loading access.

Astell Top Loading

The 95 - 135 litre toploading autoclave range offers increased chamber sizes compared to the 'Compact' units, as well as featuring advanced options not available on smaller-sized autoclaves

Astell Square Section Autoclaves

125 - 2000 L

The range is ideal where you are looking to sterilize basic items and is suitable for most labs sterilizing items like glassware, plastics, media, etc.

Available in capacities from 125 to 360 liters, the SQUARE ECO range is capable of sterilizing a limited number of items and is ideal where you have a specific application in mind that the unit is suitable for.

The Astell Autoclave controller features a Color Touchscreen Controller as a standard across all models. It is driven by an industrial PLC system designed for rigorous laboratory and medical sterilization environments.

Screen Size: Typically features a 5.7-inch screen.

Connectivity: Includes a built-in USB Port for easy cycle data backup and extraction.

Data Logging: Built-in memory stores a historical data archive of up to 5,000 sterilization cycles.

Cycle Programming: Pre-configured with 5 standard cycles (e.g., instruments, glassware, waste, liquids).

AstellBio is the leading UK manufacturer of aqueous liquid biowaste Effluent Decontamination Systems (EDS). Our effluent treatment technology is designed for up to Biosafety level three (BSL-3) high risk laboratories and other high-containment facilities.

The flow rate and volume of the effluent source dictate the required size of the AstellBio EDS units.

AstellBio supply Batch Process EDS with tank sizes ranging from 350L to 2500L.

 These systems are highly configurable and can be built to situational requirements.

AstellBio Sink

These small-scale thermal batch Effluent Decontamination Systems (EDS) are capable of automatically sterilizing contaminated wastewater before dispatching it to the sewer. With the capability to deactivate biological agents in hazard groups up-to-and-including level 3, the AstellBio Sink can be used across a range of containment levels. This AstellBio Sink features a 25 litre holding tank and a 9 litre kill tank.
